Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more sesame oil if needed and stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas until tender-crisp.
- Return the tofu to the pan and drizzle with soy sauce.
- Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
