Our villa assistant manager in Sumba, will be responsible for the overall operation and guest experience on our villa. You will be responsible for supervising every aspect of the villa function including overseeing all the staff such as cooking staff and housekeeping while interacting with our guests, making sure they have a superb holiday.

Job requirements:

• Past experience in villa management;
• Motivated, energetic and positive personality with a guest service focus;
• Must love hospitality as a career
• Excellent management, operations and administrative skills;
• Problem solver with ideas how to fix issues
• Good spoken and written English
• Team player who is quick to learn and take on new tasks
• Able to work with the local community
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and training skills;
• high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
