Main Responsibilities:

•  Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means including technology to facilitate hybrid learning;
•  Assess students’ progress and provide tailored lesson plans to cater to every students’ different learning requirements;
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom, and an engaging and welcoming classroom environment akin to a second home for students
• Engage with parents to help them to understand their children’s needs;
• Observe and understand students’ behavior and report suspicions of neglect, abuse or any other signs that are worth reporting.
• Collaborate with other teachers and stakeholders to create a cohesive lesson plan and more importantly a united working team;
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars and conferences;
• Assist with any other ad hoc roles including administrative work, assisting in school accreditation process, hiring of teaching assistants as needed;

Key Requirements:

• Graduates with teaching qualifications/degrees;
• Persuasive and energetic;
• Fluent in English both spoken and written;
• Familiar with all student learning materials;
• Highly motivated, patient and able to work with others;
• Pleasant personality, independent, communicative and highly adaptable to new challenges;
• Passion for education and loves to interact with children
