- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed

Instructions
- Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess water. You can do this by wrapping the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and placing a heavy object on top. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch to make the stir-fry sauce.
