Requirements :

• Bachelor or (minimum) Diploma degree in Management or Engineering
• Have minimum working experience of 2 years as SPV or Data analyst/Business analyst in FMCG or Distribution Related Field
• Have good knowledge about Supply Chain Management and Logistic Process.
• Able to make decision precisely based on data computation, both manually and by using computer system
• Able to work under pressure, both independently and as a team
• Good literation of how to use Ms. Excel is mandatory for this position (vlookup)

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor and manage the performance business operations (Shipment, Fulfillment)
• Oversee end-to-end delivery process to customer, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Generate report weekly/ monthly (and others needed) to head of Business Ops
• Coordination and alignment with 3PL
• Alignment with vendor management & outsource team on manpower request
• Strong for problem solving and improvement
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication and negotiation skill
