  • 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
