Qualification :

• Maximal age 35 years old
• Must Having Diploma / Bachelor Degree Majoring Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fluent in English or fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
• Understand and have experience in the design process, starting from proposal,schematics,permits,design development, tender drawings and construction document.
• Understand local and international regulation regarding building which are regulated in the form of government regulation, ministerial decrees, regional regulation, governor regulation,SNU,NFPA,IBC,etc.
• Understand and master various material, technical specifications and construction details for architectural work.
• Mastering the standard of drawing acrchitectural document.
• Have good time management, able to work within deadlines.
• Able to make effective presentation and discussion.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to be placed in the project.
