• Minimum of 5 years of experience of shipping company in purchasing or procurement roles.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find competitive pricing options.
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze competitors’ costing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with local and international supply chains
• Proficiency in budgeting and planning for recurring purchases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
