1.      Serving & Maintains customers at branch offices (in Surabaya)

2.      Lead, supervise and be responsible for branch operations (Distribution, Warehouse)

3.      Monitor sales targets and distribution of company products

4.      Responsible for preparing branch performance reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly and yearly) to the Manager

5.      Developing the company’s business prospects and fostering good relations with company partners

Requirements :

o      Age 28 – 35 years old

o      Possess minimum Diploma’s Degree (D3) from any major

o      At least 5 year(s) of experience as Sales/Marketing B2B Supervisor/Assistant Manager, in Painting industry

o      Ability to communicate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3) and English both oral and written

o      Able to operate overall MS Office for report and presentation

o      Good interpersonal, Communication, And Leadership skills

o      Have a valid driving license SIM A & SIM C

o      This position is open for Supervisor up to Assistant Manager level (result depends after interview)

o      Willing to be stationed in a new branch office in Surabaya area (domicile in Surabaya is preferred)
