  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing communication/public relation or related field
  • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have the ability to create and realize event concepts for malls as an effort to promote, raise awareness, and strengthen positioning by involving brands and the community
  • Having experience in handling Mall Opening is preferable
  • Excellent organizational skill and communication skills
  • Having a good relationship with media partner and EO
  • Able to work under pressure, act quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
  • Have a good understanding of offline or online (digital marketing) and be able to create creative ideas through various channel
  • Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday


  • Built a concept, create/design, work systems for the Marcomm division (goals and strategies)
  • Managing an effective annual special event program, includes feast day event (Christmas, Chinese New Year, Eid Mubarak), other smaller events and ensure the event run smoothly, secure and safety
  • Maintain a good relation and communication with vendors or event organizer for the development and production of event
  • Manage the preparation of all necessary site materials and venues (internal or external) for efficient, safe and in charge as inventory control
  • Maintain a good relation and contact with 3rd party like involving & engaging foundations or community for a possibility of Good Event Collaboration
  • Maintain a pleasant working attitude, to work according to Standard Operation Procedure and also to have a good coordination with other department
  • Co-liaison with Public Safety, Emergency Responders, EO to ensure effective and professional event management
  • Supervise thematic mall decoration & visual merchandise program
  • Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping clients/colleagues/ vendors/ Event Organizer up to date with these
  • Commission or perform relevant market research and data analysis related marcom strategic and Coordinate and analyzing effective events to expand customer reach
