We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to plan, execute, and complete complex IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget
• Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project success
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing Agile projects is preferred
