Job Description:

• Responsible for the design, deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of server/storage/backup systems and software
• Doing server/storage/backup installation and configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Doing server operating system installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. Windows Server and Linux)
• Creating documentation of installation and Method of Procedure
• Creating Preventive Maintenance report

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering and any related degree from an accredited University with min GPA 3.0
• Not older than 33 years old
• Demonstrating good oral and written communication both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Good time management, ability to work under pressure and working off-office hours if necessary
• Good attitude, hard worker, eager to learn, communicative and highly adaptable person
• Having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be enthusiastic to learn/share the solutions/technologies from/to other team members through informal, formal, and self-paced training
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Server/Storage/Backup engineer
• Having knowledge and experience with server/storage/backup installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Having knowledge in configuration server out-of-band management platform such as Dell iDRAC, HP iLO, Huawei iBMC, etc.
• Having knowledge and experience with enterprise operating system installation and troubleshooting is a plus (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX)
• Familiar with hypervisor and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, RHEV)
• Familiar with networking

Having the following job specifications is an advantage:

• Good knowledge in Hyperconverged Infrastructure
• Good knowledge in Backup Storage Appliance such as Netbackup, Networker, etc
• Good knowledge in database backup with RMAN Oracle, Postgre Backup, etc
• Having knowledge in Active Directory and DNS configuration
• Having experience in SAN Storage daily operation (Zoning, LUN and Volume creation and mapping, etc
• Good knowledge in SAN and NAS storage architecture
