  4. Roll out the puff pastry and wrap it around the beef and mushroom-covered prosciutto. Seal the edges with the beaten egg.
  5. Brush the entire pastry with the remaining egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
