Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement people management practices including on a broad range of human resources policies, programs and systems
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team
  • Work closely with management and employes to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Perform other duty tasks as assigned
  • Hospital accreditation


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in HR (Hospital)
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills
  • Strong in analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge in HR practices
  • Fully understanding in law legislation
