FUND RAISING MANAGER

This position is with an environmental-community development non-profit foundation running Indonesian program operations with fund raising in both local and international markets. The organization is growing quickly and presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop with the foundation.

Responsibilities :

·      Develop and execute a fund raising/marketing plan for the organization

·      Work with management and staff to develop an Organization Profile and messaging

·      Work with management to develop sales programs and policies

·      Oversee the creation and operation of a Donor Care group

·      Supervise a team of communications and content creation professionals

·      Direct digital marketing team and strategy development

·      Oversee creation of marketing and sales materials

·      Oversee social media marketing program

·      Oversee website content management

·      Organizing marketing activities, promotions

·      Engage with major donors and CSR project sponsors

·      Sales/fundraising forecasting and analysis

·      Engage other organizations/NGOs within the community

·      Marketing/sales budget management

Requirements :

·      Fluent spoken and written English is required

·      Education in Marketing or related discipline

·      Marketing management experience is required

·      Excellent business communication skills are required

·      Experience in digital marketing is preferred

·      Sales experience is a plus
