  • 1 package of extra-firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
