Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in Import/Export (EXIM) (ordering and shipment/delivery arrangement, import documents).
• Familiar with custom documents, legal documents and updated law related to Import/Export.(Hold EXIM Certificate, (PPJK certification) )
• English Speaking (speaking, reading and writing, Email communication & documentation for IMPORT/EXPORT to make arrangements (order, shipment/delivery, Custom.)
• Japanese (conversational level)

• Skills:

• Hold EXIM Certificate(PPJK certification (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) (Indonesian: Entrepreneur Management Customs Services) )
• Arrangement of Import/Export documents
• Have an own car or motorbike (and driver’s license) to commute to the office because there is no public transportation (bus/train) around the office.

Job Description

• Verify that all documentation related to import-export policies and laws.
• Deal with shipping, receiving, and record-keeping for international transactions (import/export).
• Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
• Also dealing with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
