Note: We are hiring for these 2 position for our Company (2 people)

Digital Marketing (Campaign & Digital performance)


  1. Create a campaign concept for company event, online and offline.
  2. Responsible for all matters related to marketing and branding.
  3. Create promo ideas for events and campaigns held by the company.
  4. Plan and manage the detail marketing strategy, including budgeting for each campaign
  5. Create gimmicks for marketing events to increase crowd and awareness.
  6. Collaborate with the creative and social media team to ensure the marketing campaign theme matches the content created on social media.
  7. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners 
  8. Understanding of Search Engine Optimilezer & Google Ads is a plus.
  9. Manage budget allocations in detail, both for ads and other promotional media
  10. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns


  • Maximum age of 30 years
  • 1 year experience in related field
  • Experience in internet marketing (SEO, SEM and other Digital Ads).
  • Have a knowledge about social media (Instagram, TikTok, Affliates).
  • Creative in marketing strategy.
  • Have innovative and original ideas.
  • Able to think strategically and create brand marketing campaigns.
  • Able to work in team and excellent communication skills. 
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Surabaya


Digital Marketing (Community Development / Project Manager)

Job desc

  1. Determine strategies and build a community network of users or potential new customers
  2. Organize and create strategies through community development programs
  3. Maintain offline and online communities with various activities to increase sales
  4. Community-based (brand awareness, brand activity and brand movement)
  5. Advertising online and offline (Merchant Acquisition, Above The Line Media, Mobile, etc)
  6. Create partnership strategy to increase sales & awareness
  7. Mapping and determine partnerships to support campaign activities (fellow brands, customer communities, and communities to bring in potential customers)
  8. Leading a team of content creators, graphic designers, and social media marketing in achieving goals
  9. Manage market research for the benefit of the event campaign that will be carried out
  10. Collaborate with Agency Media (offline/online) and vendors for communication needs and brand activation
  11. Review the work results and developments in the brand movement, in terms of sales and brand recognition from various locations where brand activation exists
  12. Reporting (monthly) on the results of the review, development and analysis of the partnership team
