Digital Marketing (Campaign & Digital performance)
Jobdesc:
- Create a campaign concept for company event, online and offline.
- Responsible for all matters related to marketing and branding.
- Create promo ideas for events and campaigns held by the company.
- Plan and manage the detail marketing strategy, including budgeting for each campaign
- Create gimmicks for marketing events to increase crowd and awareness.
- Collaborate with the creative and social media team to ensure the marketing campaign theme matches the content created on social media.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimilezer & Google Ads is a plus.
- Manage budget allocations in detail, both for ads and other promotional media
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Qualification
- Maximum age of 30 years
- 1 year experience in related field
- Experience in internet marketing (SEO, SEM and other Digital Ads).
- Have a knowledge about social media (Instagram, TikTok, Affliates).
- Creative in marketing strategy.
- Have innovative and original ideas.
- Able to think strategically and create brand marketing campaigns.
- Able to work in team and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Surabaya

Digital Marketing (Community Development / Project Manager)
Job desc
- Determine strategies and build a community network of users or potential new customers
- Organize and create strategies through community development programs
- Maintain offline and online communities with various activities to increase sales
- Community-based (brand awareness, brand activity and brand movement)
- Advertising online and offline (Merchant Acquisition, Above The Line Media, Mobile, etc)
- Create partnership strategy to increase sales & awareness
- Mapping and determine partnerships to support campaign activities (fellow brands, customer communities, and communities to bring in potential customers)
- Leading a team of content creators, graphic designers, and social media marketing in achieving goals
- Manage market research for the benefit of the event campaign that will be carried out
- Collaborate with Agency Media (offline/online) and vendors for communication needs and brand activation
- Review the work results and developments in the brand movement, in terms of sales and brand recognition from various locations where brand activation exists
- Reporting (monthly) on the results of the review, development and analysis of the partnership team
Qualification:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Have a knowledge about fundamentals of marketing
- Have a good communication and negotiation skills
- Have innovative and original ideas
- Have Integrity & Critical thinking

- Able to work in team
