Overview:
This company is starting a new project in which they make a lot of new houses and sell. They have a project with local company and these local companies will sell the houses. The main job of this position is actively approaching local real estate companies and developers who will join this JV project.
Qualifications:
- Strong financial modelling capability and experience, with real estate markets and valuation methodologies for landed house, low-rise residential, and township development.
- A degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years working experience.
- Intermediate expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel application.
- Proficient in English, writing and communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ownership mentality, flexible and inquisitive
- A demonstrated interest in real estate development & asset management
- Ability to multi-task projects with overlapping deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and process-driven environment
Job Descriptions:
- Create detailed feasibility studies including but not limited to: land, prices & availability, infrastructure and future government projects, design & construction costs.

- Benchmarking of assets performance relative to approved business plan, budget, competitors, and market conditions.
- Create and maintain real estate development financial modelling including valuation, hold-sell analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and sensitive analysis , for deals as well as the capital and operating expenses.
- Support annual budgeting exercise and prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the portfolios, as well as the quarterly reforecasting processes, monthly tracking of variances and the key performance indicators
- Support internal reporting including the coordination of reporting responsibilities with several internal departments to ensure proper tracking and timely and accurate reporting.
