Job Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for recruiting and managing agencies and hosts;
• Plan events(including but not limited to ranking evand ents, training events…) to improve agencies&hosts’ retention and revenue;
• Deal with issues between agencies and platforms.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Have strong interpersonal communication, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiar with basic office software skills.
• Having experience in the Internet or Social Media Industry will be a plus point.
• Having agency&user resources in Social Media Industry(including but not limited to live streaming, and audio streaming…) will be a plus point.
