Requirements :

• Education minimum bachelor degree with any major, preferably major in marketing 
• Have experience as Junior Brand Manager (SPV) minimum 3 years in FMCG or Cosmetic Company
• Known well in 4P, STPC, and experience make marketing plan
• Good negotiation & communication skill
• Know how to execute event & campaign
• Hardworking, can work in team and under pressure

Job Responsibilities :

• Make a concept of brand development & campaign strategy
• Conduct industry analysis
• Researching & Analyzing market consumers & competitors
• Organizing brand promotional event & activating
• Strong Analytic skill and In-depth understanding in Excel
• Organizing brand advertising channel
• Create marketing strategy (4P & STPC)
• Analyze P & L / forecast related brand which handled
• Make monthly marketing plan & achievement
• Experience in handling BTL and Online Marketing
