• Direct, coordinate, and monitor all daily interdepartmental production
• Administer in bound and out bound stock activity.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments and teams
• Data driven to ensure the daily production targets are achieved.
• Inventory control
• Deputise for the other members of the team in their absence
• Undertake any tasks as reasonably requested by management
• If any, investigate the root causes of any challenges
• Keep accurate daily records and report directly to senior management  

REQUIREMENTS:

• All correspondence should be submitted in English
• Prospective candidates need to be prepared to relocate to Semarang as we are an SME based in Semarang Central Java
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in associated field
• Working knowledge in all aspects of warehousing, focussed while paying attention to stock accuracy and labour efficiency
• Good analytical skills, detail oriented, with the ability to multi task
• Hard working, assertive and being able to manage people
• Computer literate, good command of MS Office
• Fluent in English both spoken & written
• Able to work under pressure and over long hours independently with minimum supervision
• Honest & trustworthy.
